La serie animata "Trinity Blood", realizzata dal 2005 dal mitico studio Gonzo, è tutt'ora in fase di pubblicazione in Giappone per l'emittente WOWOW e dovrebbe raggiungere i 24/26 episodi narrando la storia della prima serie di "Reborn on The Mars".

I diritti della serie sono stati acquisiti per il nostro paesi dalla YamatoVideo per l'edizione in dvd di prossima uscita.

L'anime rimane molto fedele al fumetto orginale per quanto riguarda la storia mentre i disegni sono stati notevolmente stravolti dagli animatori dello studio Gonzo, in generale si criticata la non perfetta caratterizzazione dei personaggi e la loro "piattezza" sopratutto confrontandoli con il manga.
